After releasing a new medication indicated for the treatment of moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis, Pfizer needed to build a patient support program to aid compliance and encourage good lifestyle choices in patients on the medication. They approached us to name and brand the program, and roll out all print and digital communications, including a full patient support website. In a rare event, the new brand was approved by Pfizer’s marketing, medical and global teams on first viewing, with no alterations. It is currently being rolled out across the program.
